Services

What's included in a Surface Cleaning?

Surface Cleaning covers dusting & polishing furniture, making beds, wiping cabinet doors & appliance exteriors, cleaning inside the microwave & oven, polishing stovetops & backsplashes, scrubbing & disinfecting all bathrooms, dusting ceiling fans & window sills, sweeping/mopping/vacuuming all floors, and removing trash.

What's the difference between Deep Cleaning and Partial Deep Cleaning?

Deep Cleaning includes everything in Surface Cleaning PLUS three additional tasks: wiping items on shelves/cabinets, hand-cleaning inside windows & blinds, and hand-wiping baseboards, door trims & doors. Partial Deep Cleaning includes Surface Cleaning plus just ONE of those three deep-clean tasks — you choose which one.

Do you specialize in grout cleaning?

We currently do not specialize in grout deep restoration. Our standard cleaning will clean grout surfaces, but deep staining may require a specialty grout service.

What areas do you serve?

We serve West Houston including Katy, Sugar Land, Richmond, and Cypress.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?

Yes, we bring all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment. If you have specific products you'd like us to use, just let us know.

Expectations

Can you remove deep stains from baseboards and doors?

If baseboards, doors, or door trims have deep stains, our housekeepers may not be able to fully remove them to avoid damaging the paint. We'll clean them thoroughly but cannot guarantee complete stain removal in those cases.

What about dust and pet hair settling after cleaning?

Dust and pet hair get lifted into the air during cleaning and may start to settle on surfaces after we leave. This is normal and not a sign of incomplete work — it simply takes time for airborne particles to settle.

Can you remove calcium buildup from shower glass?

Our housekeepers will remove as much calcium buildup from shower glass as possible. You should see a noticeable difference, though extremely heavy buildup may require multiple sessions or specialty treatment.

Policies

What is your cancellation policy?

We charge a $50 cancellation or reschedule fee if we are notified less than 3 days before the scheduled appointment. We always try to fill the spot first before charging the fee.

How does the quote process work?

Fill out our online quote form with your home details and preferences. We'll review the information and contact you to confirm pricing and schedule your cleaning. It's that simple!

Yes! OZ Cleaning is fully licensed, insured, and bonded for your peace of mind.
